Committees
Building and Grounds Committee
Responsible for maintaining the building and grounds in appropriate condition and identification of significant deficiencies requiring commitment of resources.
Fund Raising Committee
Responsible for managing the annual fund drive and devising innovative methods and events for increasing the revenue stream for the corporation.
History and Archives Committee
Responsible for recording the history of the corporation, maintaining the archives and documenting significant events.
By-Law Committee
Responsibility for maintenance of previous and current editions of the Article of Incorporation, the Constitution and the By-Laws. Review of proposed revisions or amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, the Constitution and the By-Laws. Work with submitter to resolve any conflicts in language found between proposed change and the Article of Incorporation, the Constitution and the By-Laws. Prepare draft of proposed revision for presentation to membership. Develop recommendations for revisions to the Articles of Incorporation, the Constitution and the By-Laws as needed.
Ways and Means Committee
Responsible for managing all dinners, breakfasts, Halloween parties, picnics and similar events.
Membership Committee
Responsible for processing new applicants for membership and providing a recommendation to the membership on the eligibility of the applicant.
